Again, it was a kind of development which forced the society to face its own cultural values. After that, many historic sites have been preserved; however, to preserve those historic sites was based on the view of commerce before 1980''s. Thus, to review and criticize the preservation process and the history of historic preservation in Taiwan can be helpful to realize the crucial issues on the historic preservation. ¡@¡@This thesis focuses on the characters and valuation of the concept and management of historic preservation after 1945 in Taiwan. The crucial issues including disputation of property right, renovation, rank, origin, and environmental juxtaposition show the difficulty and complexity on historic preservation. On the other hand, the ambiguity of the regulation causes many implicit and explicit problems on the preservation of historic sites, such as the lack among the protection, management, promotion, and teaching-learning. ¡@¡@The proposition of "decolonization" theory makes culture departing from power, and it is multirecognized acception (not to accept or abandon completely, but to think highly of the inherent quality of data). Eliminating those political solvable methods, we can make the discussion of historic preservation to accept more different characters in Taiwan, and no more issues occur about refuse and shame on country. On the other hand, according to the discussion of decolonization thinking, we can review the difficulty and problems of past on historic preservation to reduce the difficulty and increase the efficiency on historic preservation in future for the government. ¡@¡@Finally, according to the diverse characters of historic preservation in Taiwan, this thesis gives a solution which includes people (technology and its teaching-learning), to review and revise the regulations), and matter (the concept of integrated preservation). It seems the only way that can lead the historic preservation to a new direction. |
